I met Paul Krassner back in the Seventies when I was a hippie-journalist in Los Angeles. I met him in Venice Beach, California while hanging out with Michael Ochs, brother of the late folk singer Phil Ochs.

Paul started the Realist back in the early Sixties, a publication often considered the first of the publishing wave callee the Underground Press. Paul is an original Yippie and a stand-up comic who was at one time an understudy of the late Lennie Bruce.
