okay, my first time to take ecstasy I did one pill, and I loved it. So I say to my friends, hey lets do it again tommorow, so the next night I take 2 pills. The point im trying to get at is, should I limit myself on how much I take ecstasy? I hear people tell me just take 1 pill every 2 weeks, and im like, I cant go 2 weeks and just take one. So im wondering if I should limit myself to that extent or not.

I’m one of the original party promoters in the UK circa 1988 and amongst the first of this generation to take MDMA. The problem with taking so called ecstasy is that the pills are no longer MDMA and so no-one really knows what their taking. this above comment ^^^^ is absolutely bollocks. I’m not sure whats going down in the UK, but most of the world has MDMA in pills the majority of times… ever heard of a pill tester?

Bollocks? That seems a bit harsh considering the facts…Most pill users dont even know the effects of MDMA and yes of course i’m aware of pill testers. You may mock the UK but the fact is that more people take pills in the UK than the rest of Europe.
In the UK and most places in the world MDMA content is very small and thats a FACT! i TOOK MY FIRST PILL IN 1987 which had high MDMA content but by 1990 the pills had changed and again by 1992. You may be based in the U.S and MDMA content may be high there but other than MDMA crystal you find in Holland, Europe is flooded with crap…
Most of the pills in the minneapolis area are MDMA.. i mean sure there are the occasional fools trying to make money off of meth.. and caffiene but they dont get very far before getting caught by angry customers or the police.. with anonymous tips…

I have been doing pills for 17 years now and agree totally with Wayne re: the changes. There are no pills on the market these days with anywhere near the MDMA content that was in them when originally produced – and any old skooler can tell that WITHOUT the aid of an MDMA tester. I very rarely indulge these days as I am always terribly disappointed with the results. BTW, Great book Wayne – I read it about 4-5 years ago and loved it!

Perhaps the change that old users are seeing in pills today vs yesterday maybe credited to the fact that all people who take meds build natural “tolerances” or rather, they cannot feel the same effects as they could have when they only started.
I’m sure itdoes not cover all bases, but it is something important to consiter. I think a more objective test would be necisary to claim that one pill from an era is significantly different from another
I just wanted to let everyone know that if you check out the site that tests mdma pills you may find some pills you might have taken and see what was in them. I saw about 5 different pills that I’ve takened and all of the them were predominantley mdma, and 3 that I have taken were pure. I guess I’m just sorry everyone else has deceitful hookups.
The vast majority of ecstasy pills sold in the US are in fact MDMA. To see for yourself, go to ecstasydata.org and look up the various pills. Look, I’m an “old skooler” too – but chemistry is chemistry, and it’s hard to argue with laboratory test results.
Being from Dallas, Texas and graduating from high school during the STARCK CLUB era (86), I can tell ya that it was a GREAT time. The tabs were free pre 1985 – from a glass bowl via VAL (the lovely androgenous girl near the restrooms). It was hard to get in, quickly at least, unless you were on “the list” or knew someone who was. Who knew that 20 years later history would call Dallas, Texas the ecstasy capitol of the world.
