There was quite a bit of attention on Dr. Leary that afternoon. Celebrating the 69th Annual Bicycle Day

Sixty-nine years ago, on April 19th, 1943, the late Swiss biochemist Dr. Albert Hofmann took the first planned LSD session. This day has been celebrated by members of the psychedelic culture since the Sixties. In 1983, Dr. Thomas Roberts began calling the day, Bicycle Day and it has been celebrated with increasing enthusiasm ever since. In San Fransisco, the city probably best associated with the sixties counterculture, Bicycle Day is being celebrated by Alex Grey and his Chapel of the Sacred Mirrors crew with a special event which looks like it will be a lot of fun. Brain Computer Interface Moves into the Mainstream

In the year and a half since I posted Control Your Computer With Your Brainwaves — TED Conference Video which highlighted a presentation at the Ted Conference by Tan Lee,  from the EEG biofeedback device developer Emotive Systems the development of Brain Computer Interface (BCI) has accelerated at an amazing rate.
